Group Tour Request

    To ensure that you have a successful visit, please read the following instructions carefully before registering a group visit:
    • Submit the group tour request form at least three weeks in advance of your desired date.
    • We cannot guarantee group visits during periods of heavy admissions traffic, when classes are not in session, or when the college is closed.
    • Please allow plenty of time to arrive at Lunder House. We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, visiting groups arriving more than 15 minutes late cannot be guaranteed a student-led tour. Please find a map of our campus here.
    • The Office of Admissions and Financial Aid does not coordinate campus lunches. You may contact dining services at diningadmin@colby.edu should you plan to eat lunch on campus. Dining halls charge $10 for lunch per person and only accept debit or credit cards. Dining halls do not accept American Express cards.
    • Shortly after submission of the registration form, we provide an automatic acknowledgment of your request, but this is not a confirmation. A staff member of the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid will follow-up on your request within 3 business days after submission. Please do not make travel arrangements until we confirm your group tour.
