Group Tour RequestLoading...To ensure that you have a successful visit, please read the following instructions carefully before registering a group visit: Please submit this group tour request form at least three weeks in advance of your desired campus visit date, whenever possible. While we do our best to facilitate all group visits, we may not be able to guarantee group visits during periods of heavy admissions traffic or when the College is closed. Please allow plenty of time to arrive at Lunder House. We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, visiting groups arriving more than 15 minutes late cannot be guaranteed a student-led tour. Please find a map of our campus here. If you would like to organize lunch in the dining hall for your group, you may contact Kelly Cartwright with dining services at KCartwright@parkhurstdining.com should you plan to eat lunch on campus. Dining halls charge $10 for lunch per person and only accept debit or credit cards. Dining halls do not accept American Express cards. While you will receive an automatic response upon submission of your request, a staff member of the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid will follow-up on your request within three business days after submission to confirm. Please do not make travel arrangements until we confirm your group tour.
