Group Visit Request

To ensure that you have a successful visit, please read the following instructions carefully before registering a group visit:
  • Submit the group visit request form at least three weeks in advance of your desired date.
  • We cannot guarantee group visits during periods of heavy admissions traffic, when classes are not in session, or when the college is closed.
  • As Monday and Friday mornings are often busy, we suggest an afternoon visit for larger groups.
  • Please allow plenty of time to arrive at our office. We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, visiting groups arriving more than 15 minutes late cannot be guaranteed an Information Session and/or a student-led Campus Tour.
  • Shortly after submission of the registration form, we provide an automatic acknowledgment of your request, but this is not a confirmation. A staff member of the Office of Admissions will follow-up on your request within 3 business days after submission. Please do not make travel arrangements until we confirm your Group Visit.
